![]() It is a charming and unique Rpg that is sure to fill any RPG lover's heart with joy. Horror RPG is non-linear, and player can explore the world in any order they choose. The world of Omori for Xbox One is a 2D platformer, and player controls main character as he explores world and interacts with characters he meets. Game is set in the land which is based on Earth. His only possessions are a stuffed rabbit named Mr. Boy has amnesia, and he does not remember who he is or how he got there. World is inhabited by anthropomorphic animals, and it seems that everyone knows Omori except for him. Omori is a white-haired boy who wakes up in a cheerful, pastel-colored world that is his home. Horror RPG was released on October 30, 2019, for Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux. It’s definitely a must-buy for those looking for an emotionally gripping story and one of the greatest indie games of this decade so far.It’is a sidescrolling RPG created by Omar Ashraf and published by Supertasty Games. Because of that, I don't think I can do another playthrough for a couple of months, but it’s definitely a game I wouldn’t mind picking up again and starting a new file. ![]() It's very emotional, and it did what many games couldn’t do for me: it made me have an emotional attachment to the characters I love. The different scenarios are really reminiscent of Undertale, however because you get attached to these characters much more than Undertale, it hurts when something bad happens to them, such as learning of Mari's death in the real world or Basil's suicide if you don't check on him on the final night. The gameplay is typical turn-based RPG combat, so it isn't really that much to write home about, but the story is just beautiful and is definitely one of the best stories told in gaming. ![]() ![]() Omori is a game where it's story is a shining spectacle here. ![]() This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. ![]()
